Alumni Awards – The Alumni Association presents four major awards each fall – Distinguished Achievement, Distinguished Service, Entrepreneurial Spirit, and Outstanding Young Alumni – and nominations can be submitted at any time.
Alumni Council – A group of appointed and elected representatives (approx. 30) from the Berry alumni population serve as liaisons between the greater Alumni Association and the college. Nominations are accepted year-round, and new members are elected each February.
Alumni Admissions Ambassadors – Young alumni volunteer to help recruit future Vikings through note writing and other methods of outreach.
Regional & Campus Events – The Alumni Office utilizes volunteers to help with event planning and marketing in areas where regional events are scheduled to occur as well as on campus to assist with Mountain Day Weekend (Oct) and Alumni Weekend (May).
Berry Alumni Mentor Program (BAMP) - The Berry Alumni Mentor Program pairs young alums with mid-career grads for a 6-month virtual program.
Networking – The Center for Personal and Professional Development works with alumni to identify internship and career opportunities for students, to assist with mock interviews, and provide training and other resources.
Viking Sports Alliance – Bi-annual mentoring event for current and former female athletes.
Agriculture Alumni Chapter – Affinity Chapter for alumni involved in agriculture-related fields as well as animal science.
Berry African American Alumni Chapter – Affinity chapter which hosts two annual events to connect with current students as well as member-only activities.
Berry Breakfast Club – Affinity chapter for Berry High School and Academy alumni, based out of Rome.
Cage Membership – Alumni are eligible to purchase a monthly or annual membership fee to utilize Berry’s fitness center. On-campus or in-town for a short visit? The Alumni Office can arrange for a one-time use pass.
Career Development - The Center for Personal and Professional Development offers tools and resources for young alumni transitioning to new careers or graduate school. Alumni also have continued access to Handshake, on-line career tool.
Memorial Library – Alumni have access to utilize the library’s resources, including the Berry Archives.
